Sales Policies
- We commit to delivering within the timelines stipulated in the Payments and Shipments section for all products available for express delivery.
- If the customer requests a special type of model that includes detailed characteristics such as colors of the case, extensible features, etc., it will be considered unavailable for express delivery.
- If the customer does not specify special characteristics for the model, such as colors of the case, golden tones, leather, steel, or rubber extensibles, and other variations in the models, the requested model will be sent with the available characteristics.
- If we encounter any issues with the delivery of a shipment, we will inform the customer of the problem, the estimated delivery time, and the plans to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the shipping delay.
- The plans to compensate our customers include discounts, model exchanges, free shipping, as applicable.
Warranty Policies
- For the warranty of your items to take effect, it is essential to register it upon receipt of the shipment. You have only 48 hours from the time of delivery to activate your warranty; otherwise, you will not be able to claim the benefits provided by it.
- All products are guaranteed according to their characteristics for the period and parts specified in their description. This does not apply to sensitive materials (rubber/leather/ceramics) or sensitive parts such as crowns, stones, hands, screws, bezels, adornments, etc., where the usage plays a significant role. For any reason, damaged, scratched, disassembled items, or items showing signs of having been submerged (unless stated otherwise in your warranty) or any other activities inconsistent with normal use will not be accepted for exchange.
- If the item arrives at its destination damaged or broken due to mishandling by the shipping company, it must be reported within 24 hours and returned with all its parts; otherwise, a return cannot be processed.
- For total satisfaction warranty, you have the right to return the item, provided it is returned in the exact conditions in which it was received, with no signs of use. This warranty only applies when requested within the first 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Instructions for Validating Your Warranty
- To validate your warranty, you must send us an email describing the issue for which you request to make your warranty effective.
- If all requirements to validate your warranty are met, we will send an email with the destination address to which you must send the merchandise.
- Once the return is received, an inspection of the product will be carried out.
- If the inspection meets the warranty conditions, we will proceed with the repair, or a credit for the amount of your original deposit will be generated, which you will have available to place a new order on the site.
- The shipping to our office will be covered by the buyer, and the return shipping will be covered by us.
